Restoration Operations Manager Multi-Site | Salem, MA & Manchester, NH

This role is for a seasoned restoration / mitigation operations leader (SERVPRO, ServiceMaster, Belfor, Paul Davis, ATI, PuroClean, etc.) who wants to run multiple locations and build strong field teams.

Compensation, Schedule & Location :

Base salary : $100,000$110,000

Bonus : Performance-based bonus opportunity up to $30,000 annually

Status : Full-time, exempt

Schedule : Primarily MondayFriday with rotational on-call for emergencies / storm events

Location : Based in Salem, MA with regular field time in Salem, MA and Manchester, NH

Vehicle : Company vehicle provided

Important : This role requires prior experience in property damage restoration / mitigation. Candidates without restoration experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do :
