We are seeking a visionary Director of Leadership Acceleration (Talent Management) to drive our enterprise-wide talent strategy, anchored in leadership development, performance management, and succession planning. This role will shape the future of our workforce by cultivating high-potential talent, aligning development initiatives with business goals, and ensuring a robust pipeline of leaders ready for tomorrow's challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Strategy
- Partner with the SVP HR and the VP Talent Management to develop and implement a forward-looking talent strategy that supports organizational growth, workforce planning and capability building
Leadership Development
Build and scale leadership development programs that cultivate high- potential talent and strengthen leadership capabilities at all levelsPartner with senior leaders to define leadership competencies and growth paths.Track impact on engagement, readiness, and organizational outcomes.Performance Management
Own the performance review cycle, goal setting, check-ins, and year-end processes.Build simple, manager-friendly tools and training for effective performance conversations.Analyze performance data to identify trends, ensure fairness, and drive continuous improvement.Succession Planning
Lead the design and execution of succession planning frameworks to identify high potential talent, and ensure leadership continuity and readiness across critical roles.Facilitate talent reviews and calibration sessions with senior leadership.Talent Strategy & Analytics
Use data insights to inform decisions and measure program impact.Develop KPIs and dashboards to track engagement, retention, and leadership readiness.Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to align talent strategy with organizational goals.Culture & Engagement
Partner with cross-functional teams to measure and enhance employee engagement, fostering a culture aligned with May values and purposeTranslate employee feedback and survey insights into actionable plans.Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR business partners and other stakeholders on talent-related mattersQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred), or commensurate experience.10+ years of progressive HR experience, with deep expertise in leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.Proven success in designing and executing enterprise-wide talent development and succession planning strategies.Strong analytical skills and comfort with HRIS / talent management systems.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills :
Experience leading large-scale organizational development initiatives.Experience leveraging technology, including using AI tools to build programs and drive efficiency and effectivenessFamiliarity with tools such as Dayforce, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.Why join us :
