Estimator (Oxford)

Our growing mechanical insulation contractor is looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Estimator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in estimating costs and preparing bids for mechanical, fire protection, insulation projects. This position requires a strong understanding of project specifications and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate project estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP / FP systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather information on project requirements and scope.
• Prepare and submit bids for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather relevant data for cost estimation.

Compensation : $80,000-$110,000
