Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Designer to join our in-house creative team. Reporting directly to the Art Director, this role will play a key part in executing

high-performing creative assets across digital, ecommerce, social, and print channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering design work that not only looks great-but drives results.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for a designer who enjoys creative collaboration and has a strong understanding of digital-first, Direct to Consumer marketing. You'll support a wide variety of brand and campaign initiatives across Ideal Living's portfolio.

What You'll Do :

• Design and produce performance-driven digital and print assets, including landing pages, email campaigns, paid media (display and social ads), e-commerce graphics, packaging, infographics, and more.
• Partner closely with the Art Director, brand, and channel teams to translate creative strategy into compelling, conversion-oriented design.
• Create visual content that aligns with brand identity and maintains consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate in conceptual development and design ideation, contributing to the evolution of campaign creative.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers as needed, helping manage project timelines and creative output.
• Assist with photo asset creation for social media, including layout, styling, and
