What You'll Do
As a Member Service Representative I, you'll be the friendly face of OURCU, helping members handle their everyday financial needs with confidence and care. From processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments to answering account questions and helping members explore credit union products, you'll help bring our People Helping People philosophy to life.

Prior banking or credit union experience is a plus, but not required- what matters most is your proven success working directly with people and your passion for delivering exceptional service.
