Shift/Hours: Saturday -Wednesday 9:00 am-6:00 pm

Pay Rate: $23-$28 per hour
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Experience: 1 year of leasing consultant experience

Leasing Consultant Job Duties include:

• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly leasing and occupancy targets.

• Professionally present and sell community amenities and floor plans to prospective residents.

• Proactively follow up on all digital, phone, and walk-in leads using a CRM system.

• Execute and process all applications and lease paperwork using property management software.

• Efficiently conduct tours and leverage digital tools for prospect engagement.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and actively participate in resident retention efforts.

• Other duties as assigned

Leasing Consultant Preferred Skills include:

• Proven ability to overcome objections and successfully close sales.

• High comfort level with learning and managing new software and digital platforms.

• Prior experience using property management software (., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata).

• Clear, persuasive, and professional verbal and written skills.

• Excellent ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve goals.

• Able to provide 2 professional references

Leasing Consultant Requirements may include:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including required weekends.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
