Location : Central Arizona (greater Flagstaff, AZ area) Specialty : Electrophysiology Requirements : Active AZ license, Active DEA, Board Certified / Eligible in related specialty Schedule : Mon-Fri (7 : 00am-5 : 30pm) Cath Lab at Hospital EXCEPT for the below days : 1.Wednesday (8am-5pm) In Office Clinic 2.2nd Friday of the month (8am-5pm) Telemedicine Clinic 3.4th Friday of the month (8am-5pm) In Office Clinic (Night Beeper Call on Fridays) Census : 20-22 patientsProcedures : cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances, Ablations, etc. EMR : CernerDuration : April 14, 2025 Ongoing Dates of Coverage (more dates to come) : 1.April 14-182.April 21-253.April 28-May 2nd 4.June 2-65.June 23-276.July 7-11 Compensation : up to $400 / hr (negotiable) Travel, lodging (if needed), and malpractice provided
