Senior Cloud IAM Solutions Engineer (AWS)

Description : We are seeking a Senior Cloud IAM Solutions Engineer specializing in AWS to lead the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) capabilities focused on Cloud Application Security. This role is essential for defining and deploying IAM processes and features that enhance security within our cloud architecture, specifically utilizing AWS technologies.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders across security operations, cloud management, and engineering teams to design secure IAM solutions.
• Lead the administration of AWS-native identity and access management services.
• Manage service accounts for cloud workloads deployed through automated pipelines.
• Drive transformation in IAM processes to deliver top-tier security experiences.
• Engage in enterprise-wide initiatives to optimize operational processes through IT Service Management integrations.
• Support the operations of AWS's cloud-native IAM capabilities.
• Institutionalize role entitlement transformations specific to AWS.
• Enhance and maintain IAM access management processes in AWS.
• Foster strong relationships with cloud architects, engineers, and application development teams.

Additional Information : Experience in cloud migrations and service management is preferred. Associates are required to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters, if working outside of home.
