Description : We are seeking a Senior Cloud IAM Solutions Engineer specializing in AWS to lead the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) capabilities focused on Cloud Application Security. This role is essential for defining and deploying IAM processes and features that enhance security within our cloud architecture, specifically utilizing AWS technologies.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders across security operations, cloud management, and engineering teams to design secure IAM solutions.
- Lead the administration of AWS-native identity and access management services.
- Manage service accounts for cloud workloads deployed through automated pipelines.
- Drive transformation in IAM processes to deliver top-tier security experiences.
- Engage in enterprise-wide initiatives to optimize operational processes through IT Service Management integrations.
- Support the operations of AWS's cloud-native IAM capabilities.
- Institutionalize role entitlement transformations specific to AWS.
- Enhance and maintain IAM access management processes in AWS.
- Foster strong relationships with cloud architects, engineers, and application development teams.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or equivalent experience.Over 8 years of technical cybersecurity experience.At least 2 years of leadership experience in project management.Proven experience implementing and supporting IAM tools and processes.Experience working in a multi-cloud environment.Advanced capability in leading special projects, including the generation of metrics and trend reports.Strong analytical, decision-making, and prioritization skills.Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.Preferred Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.Professional-level cloud engineering certifications.Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation).Experience with container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).Practical experience in operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting IAM services in medium to large cloud environments.Additional Information : Experience in cloud migrations and service management is preferred. Associates are required to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters, if working outside of home. Unvaccinated associates must participate in weekly COVID testing or wear a mask in Humana facilities or while fieldworking.
Work-At-Home Requirements :
Must have high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office setup. Associates in California will be reimbursed for internet expenses.A minimum standard speed of 25x10 (25 Mbps download x 10 Mbps upload) is required.
