Position Summary : As a Lead Enterprise Architect specializing in Data & Integration, you will play a critical role in shaping the data strategy at Under Armour. Your focus will be on how we manage, protect, and efficiently move data across our organization, while ensuring the utmost security for our consumer, employee, and financial information.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and promote the enterprise architecture program within the Data & Integration domain, ensuring alignment with our business partners.
- Leverage your technical expertise to influence the timing and sequencing of IT roadmaps based on technology capabilities.
- Provide expert guidance on strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability across systems.
- Participate in the evaluation and governance of new technologies and maintain essential documentation for consistency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize technology spend and reduce complexity in our operations.
- Explore and recommend new technologies that can deliver substantial benefits for our internal and consumer-facing initiatives.
Qualifications :
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in leading group sessions and facilitating discussions.Proven ability in team leadership and management.Strong analytical and design skills with a focus on system modeling and representation.Experience in managing trade-offs and making data-driven decisions.Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.5+ years of IT experience with a focus on technology support and design.3+ years of experience in development or business analysis roles.Demonstrated ability to solve complex business challenges through technology.Technical Expertise :
Familiarity with Data Integration Platforms (e.g., SAP PI / PO, Data Services).Experience with API Platforms (e.g., Mulesoft).Knowledge of Data Management Platforms (e.g., Profisee MDM, Collibra).Understanding of Consumer Data Platforms (e.g., Amperity).Experience with complex enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Logility, Blue Yonder, Salesforce).Proficient in Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP) and Data Warehousing (e.g., SAP Hana, Snowflake).Understanding of integration methodologies for master and transactional data.Experience designing or implementing microservices and API-based architectures.Working knowledge of global data privacy regulations.Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX, Ardoq).Other Requirements :
