SALARY RANGE : $136,000 - 170,000
POSITION SUMMARY : The Systems Engineering Integration & Test Verification (SEIT) Lead is responsible for collaborating and directing systems engineering activities to develop, issue, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICD), Requirements Databases, and Requirements Verification Traceability Matrices (RVTM).
The position is also responsible for ensuring timely and accurate flow-down of system and subsystem level requirements and directing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities. In this Systems Engineering (SE) role, the lead works closely with other engineers, Integrated Logistics Support & Test personnel, and program management.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :
This position requires that the successful candidate work onsite 5 days per week. The person may be required to be in production areas at times. There may be local travel up to 10% of the time and out-of-town travel (including air travel) up to 5% of the time with notice.
