Customer Service And Data Entry Rep

PeopleShare is immediately hiring Customer Service and Data Entry Reps for a well-established distribution company in Warminster, PA. Must have previous experience in a call center or customer service department environment. Main responsibilities include inbound calls, data entry, order processing, and problem solving. This is an in-office position that is located in Warminster, PA. Must be able to commute daily to Warminster, PA.

Pay Rate : $16 hour

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Rep :

• Communicate with customers, answer phones, respond to customer emails and perform live chat assistance
• Troubleshoot and research customer order problems
• Perform data entry of phone, mail, and online orders
• Process order returns and replacements
