Key Responsibilities
Lead creative concept development for various marketing initiatives and agency communications
Translate business goals and strategic direction into compelling creative narratives and visual systems
Design and produce high-quality creative assets across multiple formats while maintaining brand integrity
Required Qualifications
7+ years of professional design experience in creative agencies or brand studios
Proven experience in leading concept development and execution across complex creative initiatives
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and exceptional design craft
Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Deep understanding of brand systems and visual storytelling
