What You'll Do :
- Prepare and review loan closing documents with accuracy and compliance in mind
- Coordinate funding of mortgage loans in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with internal teams, title / escrow companies, and lenders to ensure smooth closings
- Maintain compliance with investor and company guidelines
- Support the team with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
