IT Support Specialist

Our client is looking to fill the role of IT Support Specialist. The assignment is onsite in NYC, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 35 hours / week (1 hour unpaid lunch), After a few weeks of training, the work schedule will change to an evening / weekend schedule Monday-Wednesday 2pm-10pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm 35 hours / week (1 hour unpaid lunch),

Responsibilities :

• Provides technical support and non-technical support to the faculty, students, staff and other end-users who have access to systems.
• Resolves technology related problems, monitors and installs software and hardware, manages general administrative issues and provide a wide range of IT services.
