Job descriptionOptimize and improve industrial plant process control solutions to meet business and operational requirements. Translate business requirements into industrial application solutions. Interact effectively with personnel across the organization, both individually and in team settings. Analyze short- and long-term hardware, software, equipment, and instrumentation requirements. Provide appropriate and cost-effective technical solutions to address operational needs. Deliver process control support for a 24x7 industrial environment. Communicate effectively with departmental management, operations management, operating crews, control system support personnel, and other stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to assess process control requirements and propose technical solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with multiple levels of personnel. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Experience supporting industrial process control systems in a 24x7 operational environment. Familiarity with industrial hardware, software, equipment, and instrumentation. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Relevant experience in industrial process control, process optimization, or automation support.
