About the Role : We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and organized Sales Administrator to be the front-line face of the company of Academy Fence. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between our customers and operations team. No fence experience required – just bring your positive energy and eagerness to learn.

About Academy Fence : Academy Fence is one of Georgia’s premier fence builders, serving both the retail homeowners and production home builders with top-notch service and superior quality.

Role Summary :

Position title : Sales Administrator

Location : Winder, GA

Reports to : President (Zach Lewallen)

Start date : October 1, 2025 (or later)

Position type : Full time

Pay : $60k salary + $5-10k bonus

Benefits : Health insurance, PTO (3 weeks + holidays)

Key Responsibilities :

Professionally and warmly speak with and schedule our customers

  • Answer customer calls with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries, screen leads, and gather project details
  • Provide finalized quotes, collect contract signatures, and collect down payments
  • Keep customers updated on estimates, proposals, and project timelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our values

Support sales and operations teams

  • Move leads efficiently through the sales process by scheduling estimate appointments and working with our operations team to schedule job activity, flagging issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, job details, crew schedules, and project status to support reporting and sales tracking through our CRM
  • Prepare, verify, and distribute job packets and information to operations and field crews
  • Complete and submit 811 utility locate requests to ensure safe excavation before job start
  • Coordinate between sales, customers, and operations to keep projects on track

    Tech-savvy | "Eager to learn new systems" - We're implementing new CRM and sales tracking software. You're comfortable with technology and excited to adopt new tools that make us more efficient.

    Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong communicator with a confident, professional, and warm demeanor
  • Comfortable learning and using digital tools (Microsoft Excel, Google calendar, CRM systems, Trello, etc.)
  • Ability to manage payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy
  • Desire to interface internally and externally, communicating with both customer and other team members at Academy Fence
  • High school diploma required; college degree a plus but not required
