Alternate Project Manager

SUMMARY / SCOPE

OTTS is seeking an Alternate Project Manager to support the Project Manager in completing the work required. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

• In the absence of the Project Manager, represent the Contractor in all matters related to providing on-site services.
• Meet with Government personnel on site as needed.
• Assist the Project Manager in reviewing documents to include quality control plan, safety program, property inventory list, risk and contingency plan and environmental management plan.
• Coordinate all day to day operational requirements and works with subcontractors; ensure the completion of reports to include invoicing, employee (role player) schedules, cleaning log, vehicle accident reporting.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines; comply with all governmental security policies and procedures on training site.
