Job Description :

This position will play a key role in supporting both the Director of Data Science and SR. Director of Health Informatics, including duties such as report work (inventory, creation, and updates), dashboard maintenance, and development of data and trend analysis reports. All these items are essential to our work both as a CMHC (Community Mental Health Center) and CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic) in ensuring data and reports are available, accurate, and up to date for decision making purposes.

Requirements :

Duties and Responsibilities :

EMR Technical Assistance

Developing data or trend analysis reports

Dashboard Maintenance

EMR Report Work (inventory, creation, updates)

Qualifications :

  • Experience with SQL
  • Ability to use data visualization tools : Preferably Power BI
  • Data Analysis Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Capability to prioritize projects, data requests
  • Strong interest in data and continuous learning
  • Bonus : Knowledge of Crystal Reports Software
  • Education : Bachelor’s; Preferred Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics).

    Experience : 2 years or more in data analysis, data management, and / or reporting
