We are looking for an experienced DevOps Tech Lead who is ready to guide our cloud and DevOps strategy to the next level. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize modern DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, EKS, and GKE. Your expertise in Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code will be essential as you help us build systems that are scalable, secure, and reliable. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and Cloud Engineers, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement. Design and deploy scalable and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP, including EKS and GKE. Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters and workloads with a strong understanding of Kubernetes internals. Build and maintain end to end CI and CD pipelines to streamline delivery and deployment. Use Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform to provision and manage multi cloud environments. Implement monitoring and observability solutions such as Datadog or Dynatrace to improve performance, cost management, and system reliability. Apply security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards. Lead incident response efforts and drive root cause analysis to maintain platform stability. Collaborate closely with development, security, and operations teams to align DevOps and infrastructure strategies. Support MuleSoft deployments and developers through Runtime Fabric configuration and optimization. What We Are Looking For Eight or more years of experience leading DevOps or Cloud Engineering teams. Strong expertise in AWS, GCP, EKS, and GKE. Hands on Kubernetes experience with a deep understanding of container orchestration. Proficiency in Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages, with experience in automation frameworks. Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace. Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, cloud security practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
