Key Responsibilities

Achieve operations and business performance goals for assigned Franchisees

Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes to align on goals and commitments

Support Franchisees in remodeling and building new restaurants while ensuring operational specifications are met

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum High School diploma or GED

Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

3 years of restaurant or retail management experience, including franchise consulting
