Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist (10385)

Our client, located in Addison, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team a part-time basis through the end of April 2026.

Commitment is required through April / May when contract is set to end.

This role is fully onsite in Addison 3 days per week.

Keys :

• Experience withNetSuite and / or Quantum is helpful, but not required. Candidates must be able to learn new software quickly.
• Will handle Accounts Payable, including entering invoices, resolving discrepancies, reconciling credit card statements, and communicating with vendors.
• Will assist with some General Ledge accounting, including reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting.
