DPIC & Dealer To Dealer Analyst

We are currently looking for a DPIC & Dealer to Dealer Analyst to join our team in Franklin, TN. This position manages D2D program through vendor performance management, feature requests and implementation, and problem resolution. Administers Syncron system dealer enrollments and Dealer-to-Dealer Referral process and shipment anomalies. Coordinates with dealers, third party providers, internal departments, and NNA IS groups to resolve logistical and systems interface issues and ensure accurate processing of physical shipments and electronic data transactions. Integral part of the Dealer Parts Information Center (DPIC) team. Primary contact for day-to-day questions and process training. SME for dealer, internal teams, and field staff escalations related to, but not limited to, part availability, catalog questions, and shipment ETAs. Works with DPIC Vendor to implement process improvements and agent training.
A Day in the Life :
- Maintaining Syncron Enrollment (Buy / Sells and New) and update HOST (CU91)
- Monitoring Dealer Inventory Data Feeds each morning using Syncron data Ensuring eligible dealer backorders are fed from HOST to SAP using reporting data in Syncron.
- Monitoring the system for any interface issues for internal or dealer users.
- Checks to ensure labels are being generated for both air and ground and opening tickets as needed
- Identify scan interface issues by analyzing the anomaly report, pick up scans trigger the financials and release the line in HOST.
- Manually assign D2D shipments if FedEx label process fails
- Dealer shipment accuracy
- Contact with the dealer and manually rescheduling as needed on FedEx
- Manually changing the FedEx tracking number in SAP
- Resubmitting the FedEx interface to allow scans of the new label to interact with both SAP and Host.
- Error resolutions.
- Correct FedEx labels with the wrong shipments,
- Address quantity errors
- Provide support for dealer inquiries concerning shipments
- Provide dealers with NNAnet access
- Monitor the Syncron D2D e-mail in box to determine why they are bounced back and attempt to resolve.
- Work with PDC's to process dealers RFC's and inquiries concerning D2D Shipments
- Monitor Dealer 360 to look for questions and inquiries about D2D and Parts Locator
- Update tables for specific parts so they don't search D2D when they do not have a sales restriction on them
- Set up Manual D2D's for OOP parts, hot situations, Consumer Affairs, and STP's
- Support SCM to relocate inventory to support dealer allocation
- Support IS on system changes and enhancements as needed
- Resolve IS tickets opened related to Syncron (User Access)
- Support generation of reports and KPI status.
- Work with Fed Ex as vendor for D2D shipments to negotiate rates, package size parameters, and track billing.
- Utilize Salesforce and Nissan systems to assist with escalated Dealer, Field team, or internal team parts issues.
- Utilize Salesforce to run reports to identify team performance opportunities.
- Collaborate with call center vendor to improve agent productivity.
- Act as SME on NNA operations and parts processing procedures to support internal and dealer teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams on process improvement actions.
- Communicate with Parts Managers and Field Staff teams to cascade information, address concerns, or request action.
- Utilize both NNA and NCI mainframe systems to assist with dealer orders and Executive escalation requests.
- Escalate and follow-up on critical parts order issues with Supply Chain, PPE, and logistics teams.
Who We're Looking for :
Required :
Education : Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. Consider equivalent related work experience within dealer and / or distribution and transportation management areas.Experience : 3-5 years professional related experience in problem solving, distribution, dealer processes, inventory management, and systems. Dealer communications and relationship experience. Information systems interaction experience is an asset. Contact center experience a plus.Computer Skills : Experienced in Salesforce. Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, mainframe, SAP, and SaaS based applications. NNA desktop and appropriate proprietary technical systems knowledge.General business knowledge of service parts logistics and distribution processes in the automotive OE and dealer environment. Strong analytical skills. Strong telephone / interpersonal communications and problem solving skills. Demonstrated competency in teamwork and collaborative business environments. General small package and common carrier transportation knowledge helpful.Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.Occasional travel for up to one week per year to Canada to DPIC Contact Center.What You'll Look Forward to at Nissan :
