We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Learning Experience Design to lead the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions that elevate performance across the enterprise. This leader will oversee traditional instructional design approaches as well as digital adoption tools like WalkMe, while building a scalable, data-driven infrastructure for learning effectiveness, quality, and resource management.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational execution, and technological savvy—particularly in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to modernize and accelerate learning outcomes.

Overview

As the Director of Learning Experience Design, you will lead design, development, and delivery of learning solutions across modalities and platforms, and drive the strategic and operational capabilities to support scalable, measurable learning across the enterprise.

Learning Strategy & Design Leadership

• Lead the design and evolution of instructional design strategies across modalities (ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended, performance support, WalkMe, etc.).
• Embed design thinking and learner-centric principles into all stages of development.
• Champion and scale the use of WalkMe and other digital adoption platforms to support performance and just-in-time learning.

Pay Rate $153,500 - $182,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
