Architect Team Lead

A company is looking for an Architect Team Lead to guide the modernization of their platform and lead the transition from legacy systems to cloud-native applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and hands-on migration of legacy platforms into cloud-native services

Write code, build reference implementations, and contribute to core migrations alongside the team

Manage and mentor a small architecture team, defining architectural principles and modernization roadmaps

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in an architect or technical leadership role

Proven experience migrating legacy systems into cloud-native architectures

Hands-on expertise with AWS or another major cloud provider

Strong coding background (Java, Python, Node.js, or similar) and ability to guide implementation details

Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives
