• Evaluates client’s exposures and creates premium estimates for client’s potential commercial real estate acquisitions.
• Updates and actively manages the Acquisitions Tracking Sheet.
• Analyzes portfolio loss histories, identifies frequency trends, and presents recommendations for risk management solutions to clients.
• Discusses exposures with clients to create insurance Statements of Value (SOV) for client’s approval and submission to carriers.
• Stays current on the latest Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac insurance requirements to review contracts and secure proper coverage.
• Negotiates terms with carriers and properly executes evidence of insurance for clients.
• Generates and analyzes Marshall & Swift valuations utilizing Marshall & Swift online software.
• Responds to lender’s questions concerning valuations and negotiates changes in values with lender and carrier.
• Creates and provides Acquisition Pricing Spreadsheet per property once a property goes under contract.
• Utilizes web-based Agency Management System to set up new clients.
• Performs ongoing tasks related to assisting Agents / Brokers with proper client documentation.
• Responds in a timely manner to various inquiries from clients.
• Gathers and delivers signed documents to underwriters and obtains any additional information to finalize bind requests from agents.
• Creates client summary packages, marketing materials, proposals, etc. for agents utilizing Microsoft Publisher and AMS.
• Produces general correspondence, client binders, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business, and financial reports.
• Prefer someone coming from a bank
• Assists agents / brokers with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Will be required to get a 4-40 license.
