Your Role :

As a seasonal Skilled Tax Advisor , you will empower clients to make informed decisions about their finances, fostering lasting relationships that strengthen over time.

What You Will Do :

• Conduct engaging tax interviews with clients in-person and through virtual platforms like video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare accurate and complete tax returns.
• Drive business growth by enhancing client retention and introducing additional products and services.
• Offer comprehensive IRS support to clients.
• Assist with tax notice services across all certification levels.
• Provide audit representation for Circular 230 associates.
• Mentor and guide fellow team members.
• Successfully complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Leverage your experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Exhibit proficiency in preparing individual tax returns.
• Thrive in our fast-paced environment.
• Utilize virtual communication tools effectively.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Meet IRS and applicable state requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
