Job Summary
Our multi-concept restaurant group is seeking a seasoned and innovative leader with 5+ years Beverage Director experience to lead our Beverage Team and elevate our bar program. Must be able to relocate to the Midwest.
Director of Beverage Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage a comprehensive beverage portfolio.
- Design and implement innovative and compelling beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams.
- Train and mentor staff on beverage service and presentation.
- Lead beverage programs for current and new restaurant concepts, staying ahead of industry trends.
