• EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS :
• Diesel Knowledge / prior dealership experience preferred
• Ability to identify the problem quickly
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
• Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED Technical degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer Skills
• Positive, friendly attitude
• DUTIES :
• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and accordance with manufacturer / dealership standards.
• Inspect vehicles and record findings.
• Explain vehicle diagnoses and required repairs to service advisors.
• Keep current with new technical information and technology by attending required / recommended manufacturer training.
