Construction Business Development Manager

Location : Charleston, SC (Corporate HQ)

Compensation : Base plus commission $140K-$170K (All-in, first year target)

Travel : 30% across SC, NC, GA, FL - all expenses covered

Future Opportunity : Director-level path within 2 years

We're growing fast - and this newly created position offers a clear path to Director-level leadership for a driven, results-oriented Business Development professional.

What You'll Do

  • Lead growth by developing and strengthening partnerships with builders, developers, and trade contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities across multiple states.
  • Collaborate with internal estimating and operations teams to win profitable projects.
  • Negotiate and close deals that drive lasting relationships and sustained growth.
  • Contribute strategic insight that helps shape the company's future.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of successful sales or BD experience in the construction industry (any sector).
  • Strong relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for growth - yours and the company's.
  • Willingness to travel ~30% across the Southeast.
  • Based in (or open to relocating to) Greater Charleston, SC .

    • Bonus points for experience calling on production builders, though not required.
