Automotive Technician – Join Our Team of Skilled Professionals

Location : Sleepy Eye

Employment : Full-time

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00-5 : 00 (some Saturday's 8-12)

About the Job :

We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team. If you’re motivated, take pride in your work, and want to grow your skills in a busy, well-equipped shop—we want to talk to you.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities for flat-rate, hourly, or performance-based pay plans depending on your preference and skill level. You’ll be working on mostly Ford's but could be a wide range of makes and models, everything from oil changes to diagnostics and major repairs.

What you'll do :

  • Perform diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on all types of vehicles
  • Handle brake work, suspension, engine diagnostics, heating / cooling, recalls and much more
  • Accurately complete repair orders and communicate with service writers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair procedures
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

What We're Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and repair processes
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Team player with a good attitude and solid work ethic
