PRIMARY PURPOSE :

Primary duties include maintaining the integrity, reliability, and security of computers and network infrastructure. Respond to help-desk requests, calls, and emails from campus staff. Under general supervision, identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by campus users. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers inclusive of telecommunication, audiovisual and peripheral equipment, CATV

systems, wireless, network cabling, switches, and other computer technology. Provides

technical expertise to end-users regarding optimal set-up for software, hardware, and network use. Team player oriented : must be able to interact with peers, management, and staff in a constantly evolving environment to ensure a positive customer experience and atmosphere in the workplace.

• N Plus Certification
• A Plus Certification
• Associates degree preferred

Travel hazard to and from school / community sites in a personal vehicle approximately forty (40), percent of the time. Occasional prolonged and irregular hours. May require you to work after hours, on weekends, and / or during your vacation breaks.
