Lil Voyagers Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Co-Teacher to join our team of early childhood education professionals. As a co-teacher, you will assist your teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children, ensuring their development and growth through age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement a curriculum that promotes learning and social-emotional development.
• Assist in planning and conducting daily activities, including circle time, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and other classroom routines.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Supervise children to ensure their safety at all times.
• Build strong, communicative relationships with families to support childrens growth and success.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
• Support the lead teacher with assessments, observations, and documentation as needed.
