The firm is seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Attorney (37 years) to join its collaborative team. The successful candidate will handle single-plaintiff and class action defense cases involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims, as well as day-to-day counseling on compliance, investigations, and policy development.
