Location-Type : 100% REMOTE (EST ONLY!)

Duration : 3 Month contract, likely to extend past EOY

Compensation Range : $30-38 / hr on W2 ONLY!

Job Description :

Support the client's marketing team with campaign execution, content proofing, and event coordination, with a focus on both English and Spanish communications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Execute and test marketing emails and collateral

Proofread and manage campaign materials

Assist with campaign planning and tactical list creation

Coordinate with editorial teams for catalogue prep

Support international event logistics and marketing materials

Manage the marketing inbox and triage requests

Upload and check final files for catalogues and E-store

Write and support creative briefs

Requirements : Must-Haves :

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Strong attention to detail

Time management and prioritization skills

Self-starter with a proactive, adaptable attitude

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Familiarity with Smartsheets
