LHH is partnering with a client in Thomasville searching for a Sales Service Coordinator to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be direct hire with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k, etc.) paying $50-60k. Sales support and / or administrative experience required to be eligible for this role!
Requirements :
Provide administrative support to VP of Sales and Sales Reps.
Receive requests from Sales Reps. via phone or email regarding new orders, reports, and product swatches
Send swatches and samples to clients / dealers based on product line
Create reports regarding existing and new swatches and remove obselete items
Train new Account Managers
Qualifications :
Must have administrative and / or sales support experience, preferably within furniture or related industry
Must have strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables / Vlookups) and ERP experience
Strong multi-tasker, able to pivot and priotize tasks
