Job descriptionDeliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time Monitor resident health, and communicate changes to physicians and families Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality resident care Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies and procedures Valid RN license in the state of Minnesota Current BLS certification Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work evening and night shifts as scheduled

Location : Fulda, MN
Schedule : Evenings & Nights | 5x8 Hour Shifts | 40 Hours / Week
Pay : $55 / hr (Based on Experience)

Connected Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for one of our valued skilled nursing facility partners in Fulda, Minnesota . This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent 5x8 schedule , covering a mix of evening and night shifts .
As a Connected Health RN, you'll work in a collaborative environment, providing top-tier clinical care while supporting residents' dignity and quality of life. We offer competitive pay, flexibility, and ongoing support as you deliver critical care to those who need it most.
Position Highlights :
- Schedule : 5x8 hour shifts (Evening / Night rotation) - 40 hours / week
- Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility
- Location : Fulda, MN
- Pay Rate : $55 / hr, commensurate with experience
