Illinois Licensed Solar Project Manager

A company is looking for a Solar Programs Project Manager I - Consumer Protection.

Key Responsibilities

Address consumer complaints related to the Illinois Shines program and facilitate resolutions with solar companies

Document and categorize complaints, and draft disciplinary-related letters to vendors

Provide educational materials and contribute to workshops on consumer protection topics

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree

A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in consumer protection, complaint handling, and / or solar energy

Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote)

A one-page cover letter explaining interest in the role is required
