Support academic and behavioral development in K–12 school environments as a Substitute Paraprofessional. This on-call position provides direct assistance to students and helps ensure continuity in classroom operations during staff absences.
Required Credentials :
Michigan Paraprofessional Certificate OR 60 completed college credits
Previous experience with children or youth programs is a plus
Ability to assist students with academic tasks and social-emotional needs
Reliable, communicative, and comfortable in a school environment
High school diploma or GED minimum
Duties Include :
Supporting daily classroom instruction and activities
Assisting individual students or small groups with assignments
Monitoring students during non-instructional times such as lunch or recess
Helping implement learning or behavior plans as directed
Reporting observations or incidents to school personnel

Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
