AIML Project Manager

Job Summary :

• Location Requirement : Must be local; hybrid work arrangement; final in-person interview required; no sponsorship available.
• Industry Experience : Must have retail domain experience preferably in eCommerce and Merchandising.
• Role : AI / ML Project Manager Consultant overseeing key projects in the clients AI / ML portfolio.
• Project Leadership : Responsible for full lifecycle management of AI / ML initiatives from concept to post-implementation review.
• Agile Management : Lead Agile and Scrum ceremonies; manage project tracking and reporting using Jira Confluence and SmartSheet.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Data Science Engineering and Product teams to define project goals timelines and deliverables.
• Stakeholder Communication : Ensure clear communication and alignment with both technical and business stakeholders regarding project priorities risks and dependencies.
• Documentation : Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and related documentation.
• Risk & Resource Management : Identify risks manage resource allocation and ensure projects adhere to budget constraints.
• Business Partnership : Collaborate with retail business units to align projects with strategic business objectives.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
• Active PMP certification
• 10 years of IT or Engineering experience
• 5 years managing projects using Agile / Scrum and Kanban frameworks with Jira Confluence and SmartSheet
• 3 years of experience in the retail domain
