Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Azure data services, along with relevant certifications (DP-600 or DP-203).

Rate Range : $60.61 / hour to $64.39 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer job responsibilities include :

• Design and implement scalable data storage systems using Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Develop and manage ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory to support data integration and transformation.
• Build and maintain big data workflows using Apache Spark and other analytics tools to support machine learning and reporting.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines and database performance, ensuring data accuracy and processing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support architectural migration, document engineering processes, and integrate new data sources.

Pay Details : $60.61 to $64.39 per hour
