Title : Technology Sales Leader (Data)

Location : West Coast

Must have skills – (Overall candidate is expected to have 15+ years of experience in data space)

• Experience in working with leadership to understand vision, revenue growth targets and align Data & AI initiatives to drive business outcomes.
• Tech sales experience in Data/ Analytics/ Cloud for 5-10+ years
• Managed and delivered revenue/ orderbook goals for Data/ analytics space.
• Ability to work with existing customers/ new logos in identifying, shaping and closing opportunities successfully.
• Prior experience of working with various internal teams regarding development of GTM Strategies and campaigns, Prior experience of working with CSP and other solutions partners regarding joint GTM strategies, Cosell campaigns
• Prior experience of building pursuit teams such as presales, solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams.

Tech Skills: Data/ Analytics expertise :

• Minimum 5 years working experience with public cloud database services like Amazon RDS, Aurora, Datalake and Redshit, GCP’s Bigquery, Bigtable and Azure’ Synapse.
• Experience with Data Strategy/ platforms, Data Lake, Data streaming, designing data ingestion pipelines, transformation, and business analytical solutions.
• Experience with spark, python, pyspark, R, SQLs and any other languages widely used in enterprise data platforms.
• Prior experience of data/database migrations from on-premises to public cloud technologies, Candidate must be well versed with data quality, validations, and data reconciliation processes.
• Prior experience of conducting workshops for requirements analysis, business case development and solution development. Candidate must demonstrate expertise in elaborating technical discussions and providing thought leadership.

Nice to have :

• Provide mentorship and career guidance for technology groups such as architects and tech-Leads.
• Prior working experience of supporting branding, sales, and marketing initiatives – Papers, Email campaigns, Analyst calls, Client QBRs etc.
• Candidate should be able to evaluate emerging technologies in Data and AI space and assess their potential impacts and benefits to present it to Internal and External stakeholders.
• Expertise in GenAI and LLM technologies, tools, and platforms.
