POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our team at our Rush Downtown location. This role is vital to creating a positive first impression and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The PSR is responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, assisting with the check-out process, and supporting day-to-day front office operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Check in patients and address any individual needs or concerns
- Verify and collect insurance information, co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances
- Support administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records
- Cross-trained to assist with medical assistant duties as needed
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / CRITICAL SKILLS
SCHEDULING : Must have flexibility : Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
