Lead Dentist Opportunity with Ownership Established FFS Practice Near Winston-Salem & Greensboro, NC

Are you a experienced and motivated dentist ready to step into a leadership role with a path to ownership ? We are actively seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our well-established practice located between Winston-Salem (14 minutes away) and Greensboro (30 minutes). This opportunity is ideal for a driven clinician looking for immediate impact and long-term career potential.

What You ll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic care.
  • Lead and mentor a stable and skilled clinical team, including 3 dental assistants and 4 hygienists.
  • Manage and grow the patient base

  • Technology : Fully digital with iTero scanning
  • Yearly Net Production : $2,247,000.00
  • Patient Stats : 5,018 patient visits 100% collections

  • Earning Potential : $300,000 $450,000 annually

  • Work Schedule : Full-time, 4 days / week

    • Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience or AEGD / GPR preferred
  • Strong in oral surgery and endodontics is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Passionate about patient care, leadership, and practice growth
