PURPOSE
To supervise slot personnel and floor activities as they relate to the slot department. Provide leadership, direction, and assistance to slot attendants. To ensure that all slot activities are conducted in a professional manner with primary emphasis on exceptional guest service.
SUPERVISORY SCOPE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Supervision and Operations Management : Supervise slot floor activities and team members, including maintaining daily paperwork, preparing schedules, verifying gaming transactions, and assisting with floor coverage.Guest Dispute Resolution : Oversee and resolve guest disputes and machine issues efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the Casino and games.Information and Promotion : Provide accurate information for the Casino and promote events, loyalty programs, and entertainment value.Transaction Accuracy and Service : Accurately complete slot transactions with friendly and efficient guest service.Office and Administrative Tasks : Complete daily office tasks and any other required tasks as assigned.Additional Responsibilities : Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements :
Education and Experience :
One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience.Two (2) years’ experience in a casino slot department.Skills and Abilities :
Proven mathematical, cash handling and guest service skills.Proven oral and written communications skills.Ability to work effectively with all casino departments.Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.PREFERRED
Education and Experience :
Preferred knowledge of SDS, CMP and EveriOne (1) year of casino slot supervisory experience.Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member / Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
