Construction Project Supervisor

Overview

Condustrial, Inc. is now hiring a Construction Job Superintendent for our team in Lexington, SC and Newberry, SC

Summary : Will be responsible for overall management direction to multiple construction projects (plans, budgets, schedules, organizes, and controls assigned projects). Maintains close contract with subs and clients to meet project schedules.

Will be assigned to a project site in Lexington or Newberry.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Knowledge of commercial building construction means and methods, blueprint reading, scheduling, cost control procedures, general contract, general conditions, drawings and specifications
• Cost Control
• Ability to track subcontractor's progress, project schedule, and various agencies for reporting and compliance with plans and specs and building codes
• Quality Control
• Project Safety
• On site coordination between trades, materials, and manpower
• Inspection and examining work in progress and site
• Meeting with subcontractors to ensure satisfactory job progress
• Recording information such as personnel, production, and operation data daily
• Analyzing problems and providing solutions
• Meet with the project manager regularly to ensure scheduling and progress is on time
• Conducting and participating in safety meetings
• Verify safety and design specifications are met
• Other duties as assigned

Pay : $75k+ annually (DOE)
