Office Services Representative

Intermediate level position responsible for processing and delivering mail, packages, documents and records. They will have a knowledge of all campus routes and city out route. Will also be required to set up and operate multi-color printing machines and other print finishing equipment. Provides support to activities related to fulfilling office services and IT store requests. Will also assist with receiving items in Ariba. They will be able to prioritize copy center jobs and prepare mailings for the OCC.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Walks and / or drives company vehicle to various Expand campus buildings to pick up and deliver mail, packages and / or office supplies
• Scan and validate mail on a daily basis
• Receives, sorts and distributes interoffice and inbound / outbound external mail and packages ensuring proper handling according to instructions
• Prepares print machine to ensure appropriate paper and ink are installed to meet project specifications
• Monitors print machines to correct paper tears or jams, and makes other necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation
• Processes outbound USPS mail on postage machine and outbound UPS packages using UPS Worldship
• Fulfills any office services or IT store requests
• Receives materials into Ariba and verifies items against purchase orders / material transfers
• Has knowledge of all campus routes and city route for special delivery / pickup requests
• Provides inventory support through creating and submitting material request and asset salvage process
• Communicates with internal and external customers to resolve any problems or questions that arise with print jobs. Also prioritizes jobs in copy center and can perform OCC print duties

Education

Minimum : High school diploma or GED

Experience

Minimum : 2 - 5 years
