Our client, a national professional association, is seeking a Member Services Coordinator professional to join their team in Alexandria, VA! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a professional office environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent member experiences.
About the Job :
Serve as a key point of contact for members, providing professional, courteous assistance by phone and email.
Respond to and resolve member inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Update and maintain member records in the organization's database.
Assist with login issues, account questions, and other member-related requests.
Conduct online research to verify and update member information.
Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
About You :
2-3 years of customer service or member support experience, preferably in a nonprofit or association environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with multiple software systems and databases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred experience with iMis or FreshDesk.
About the Position :
Pay : $23-$25 / hour, depending on experience.
Hours : 9 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Schedule : Hybrid in Alexandria, VA
Duration : Temporary position lasting 6-12 months with potential to convert to permanent.
