Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead the Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit at a respected hospital in Wildomar, California . This full-time, permanent leadership position is ideal for a nursing professional with a passion for team development, quality improvement, and patient-centered care in a dynamic acute care environment offering $120,000 to $180,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As the MedSurg / Tele Nurse Manager, you will :

Oversee day-to-day operations and clinical supervision of the MedSurg / Telemetry unit

Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations for nursing staff

Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance care coordination

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality initiatives

Promote a positive work environment and foster professional development

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols

Qualifications

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

BSN required; MSN or related advanced degree preferred

BLS and ACLS certifications required

3+ years of clinical experience in MedSurg / Telemetry and 2+ years in a leadership role

Proven skills in communication, critical thinking, and staff engagement

Knowledge of hospital operations, budget management, and quality improvement practices
