Salary : $104,445 $118,170 annually (Full-Time)
Requirements to apply
Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Current California LCSW or LMFT license
23 years experience in chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders
Familiarity with trauma-informed care and harm reduction models
Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred

Job Overview
Were seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW or LMFT) to join our expanding mental health and substance use programs in Los Angeles. This full-time, on-site role involves providing therapeutic services to individuals experiencing homelessness and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, trauma-informed, and passionate about harm reduction. Youll work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination in a fast-paced, supportive setting.
