Position Summary : College Ave is seeking a Data Engineer to join our Data & Reporting team. This role focuses on the Databricks platform , building and maintaining data pipelines and databases that power our credit analytics. We’re looking for someone with strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and technical skills to ensure our data is reliable, scalable, and secure.

Team : The Data Engineer-Credit Analytics falls under the Chief Operating Officer’s remit and reports directly to the Head of Data and Reporting.

• Responsibilities :
• Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines in Databricks.
• Manage and improve databases to ensure accuracy, performance, and accessibility.
• Develop efficient ETL processes for data ingestion and transformation.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline and database issues quickly.
• Drive improvements in data quality, scalability, and performance.

This position is based out of our Wilmington DE office. The Data Engineer- Credit Analytics is required to be in-office three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday), with the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
